I returned home from a few days in the New Forest to find some of the Metzneria lappella had emerged from larvae collected a few weeks ago at Hurcott.

ReplyDeleteSince you found them at Hurcott I have been keeping an eye out when 'in the North'.
I found some at Devil's Spit and in the Shrops part of the Wyre last Sat. They seem to be having a good year!
