Bringsty Common June 7th

My afternoon walk across the Common looking for Pammene aurana again, turned up a number of Adela croesella moths feeding on the currently flowering umbellifer, all in a small cluster. Peter Hall

  1. Hi Peter, I've never seen them, so I might be being stupid, but aren't the pictures Adela croesella?

  2. Thanks Pete, never post in a rush. It's actually a much better record, with just 6 county records and 4 of them here on the Common since I first spotted them back in 2017. Have corrected things.
