Jonathan Bills was pleased to catch a Clifden Nonpareil last night in his garden trap. I've also had reports of another but lack details as yet, but they will be the 14th and 15th records since it first arrived in 2017 for the county. I also monitor the Upper Thames blog and the sheer numbers of this moth being seen there tells me it is going to increase here steadily. Maybe the Dark Crimson Underwing as well eventually.
